How I Work …
-
Alongside my private practice, I have volunteered as a trainee counsellor at Metanoia’s Counselling and Psychotherapy Service (MCPS) and at Face2Face London, a low-cost counselling service in Central London.
My professional background is in mental health within the charity sector. I currently work part-time at a local Mind charity.
I have significant experience working with:
the LGBT+ community, particularly with trans and non-binary people
parents in the perinatal period (from pregnancy up until late infancy)
clients who are neurodiverse, whether formally diagnosed or not
-
I am currently completing my Master’s training at Metanoia Institute, a well-reknowned higher education academy based in West London. My psychotherapy qualifications are as follows:
Certificate in Therapeutic Skills and Studies @ Metanoia Institute (2024)
Foundation Certificate in LGBT+ Affirmative Counselling @ ELOP (2024)
MSc in Transtheoretical Integrative Psychotherapy @ Metanoia Institute (Ongoing)
I am a student member of the UKCP (The UK Council for Psychotherapy) and work with a fully accredited UKCP supervisor on a regular basis.

Following our initial call, upon agreeing to begin working together, I will share a written agreement that will cover our expectations of each other as counsellor and client. We will have time to read this through together, make any ammendments if necessary and review it at a later stage.
As a student member of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy), I adhere to their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice (2019).
Should you wish to make a complaint about me, you may do so through my training provider which is Metanoia Institute.
